I was super excited to see that Morgan and the Mercury team had come up with an instant option to have on the go. Not only was I disappointed in the poor packaging of the box it came in, very flimsy white paper box. When I brewed a cup, what I got wasn't the Mercury excellent coffee I was used to, it was like old coffee from the day before. I'm not sure who tasted this and though oh this is our quality that a customer get in the store or when brewing at home with our beans, but it isn't even close. I will try the cold brew option to see if it makes a better cup, and hoping for the best. I won't purchase again, and at the price tag of $14.95 for eight, I'm glad I purchased on the 18th bday special of 26% off.
The only thing I can say as a positive is that the inner package pouch is all Mercury quality that I have come to know and love. I'll continue to be a loyal Mercury customer, but they missed the mark on this one.
In the past, I've always purchased Sbux instant which is actually well done for instant option.
