This is decaf done right. Our Decaf Rising Blend uses the Swiss Water Process to remove caffeine without stripping out what actually makes coffee good. You still get a full, satisfying cup, just without the kick.

I love this coffee! I usually have it caffeinated, but figured I'd get it without so I could enjoy it later in the day. It's always comes out with such full flavor and I love smelling it through my whole apartment!

Grind the Rising decaf beans not quite as fine as you would for espresso, and then brew them in the OXO Brew Rapid Brewer, according to the instructions (this OXO is a relatively new and exciting competitor to the Aeropress). I suggest grinding a little finer than the OXO instructions suggest, and also using a little less water, because you are working with decaf beans. The result tastes (to me) like solid, delicious coffee, not like decaf! -toby
